Thanks for your work Pam, will this automatically fix the bounced emails from the Kenmore Toastmasters website? I have a members whose bigpond address "has been removed from the FreeToastHost database"

The bigpond issue still hasn't been cleared. :(

You'll have to add the member email addresses back into membership management.
We'll also have to reset the email bounce counts here once we have the all clear.

In the meantime please forward agendas and club emails to your bigpond users, or ask them to use an alternative email address in the interim if they have one. They can edit to their profiles, or admins can add in membership management

Appreciate the ongoing updates - a novice question ... would it best if we just removed their addresses for the time being and email them individually in terms of other communication until it is sorted? At least this way we can still use the group emailing system without getting all the bounce messages ... apologies for taking up so much of your time.

Jane, even if you remove the addresses (which the system will do eventually anyway), you'll still get a message saying the agenda hasn't gone to those members. That serves as a handy reminder.

If your members use the club email groups, it might be best to let everyone know that there is a bigpond issue and to forward emails to bigpond users until it is cleared - hopefully not too long now.

I've reset the bounce count for all critical bigpond members.
You might need to re-enter email addresses in Membership Management for some of your bigpond members
