It is still bouncing - I just tested our group email and it bounced the three bigpond.com users. Is there a step that I need to take as the Administrator for our site ... I am a real novice and need direction if there is something I need to do from our end. Thanks Jane Buckley

I've just been on the phone for almost 2 hours - about half of which was on hold. Spoke to a lady who really did her utmost to help - she thinks the problem has been addressed now, but will take some time to become effective. She was hoping it would be minutes, but no such luck. I'll check every few hours and keep you updated
