FTH error

Hello
On Saturday, April 10 I sent out the club agenda (I am the VPE). When I went onto FTH today, April 12 to access FTH I was not recognized. I am also the administrator for #6884. When I signed in as the admin I saw the message " Jackie Lowrie has requested to be added to the "Former Members" list". I DID NOT request this.
I am a paid member who holds two club executive roles (VPE & VP Membership). After a bit of panic I have been reinstated by the club VPPR. I now have access but I would like to know WHY this happened.

I have membership in following clubs who use FTH:
Monday Night Vernon Toastmasters #6884 and Monashee TM #1348085.

I no longer belong to Vernon TM and had requested my info be removed from their FTH site. - is this where the mix up occurred?

At the bottom of every agenda email is a link to remove yourself from the club active members and move your account to former member status. Did you click this link or forward the agenda to someone else who might have clicked the link.

The other possibility is that you marked the agenda email as spam and that can cause a removal.
