I'm not sure I understand.  I've never heard of Welcome.com.  As I mentioned, I changed servers last month, so the problem spans servers.  My e-mail is through Namecheap.com.

Regardless, what do we do to rectify things?

Your email service is accepting email from FTH, if you are not receiving the emails you need to talk to your email provider.

Made Ken@KenK.org the only address and sent a test message twelve hours ago, did not work.  Spam folder empty too.

I don't understand your comment about servers.  I upgraded to a new server several weeks ago, so whatever problem there is, it spans servers.  Do you know which server it's complaining about?

I just tested ken@kenk.org using the FTH email address checker and it tests "Ok" although it takes quite a while to respond.  The time lag was also verified by using a 3rd party email checker website called CheckTLS:  www.checktls.com/TestReceiver    That website also is reporting an issue with one of your security certificates for the KenK.org domain.
When you say "it does not work", what are the exact steps that are not working?   Exactly who is sending the test email and to what exact email address?  If the email is being sent by someone who is not a member of your club to a members only club email address, then yes that email would be blocked as spam prevention measure--this is per design & how it has always been.  When testing email, it always needs to be either sent by someone who is a member of your club (or whitelisted) or it needs to be sent to one of the publicly accessible email addresses (e.g., an officer email address, admin email address, or the contact- address if enabled).

Thanks for getting back to me.

I'm sending from Ken@KenK.org to officers-3474192@toastmastersclubs.org.  I'm the club president, as can be seen at  ipt.toastmastersclubs.org/meetourmembers.html .  When I send something, I get an error a few days later (see below), then after several more days it tells me the sending failed.

Hope this helps!
