Locked Out of FTH

About 2 weeks ago, FTH quit loading from the bookmarks for the three clubs where I am a member.  Keep getting a time-out message.  Tried to log into the support page but FTH would not send confirmation links to the email account I have been using for 12 years.  Yes, they are not in Spam.  I use yahoo.com on FireFox.  Got here using a burner google account.
I am helping two clubs recover.  They both added me to their member page.  One a couple of months ago.  I missed the permission email and did not respond.  The second about the same time FTH quit letting me log on.  When I click the permission links, get the same time-out message.

You haven't given us any club numbers to check for any issues
If you haven't opted in to a club website you won't be able to access it.  Someone from the club who has membership management access will need to add you to their membership list again
Check the links in your bookmarks - make sure they use the https protocol (not http)

Thank you.  Was just able to log into the three club sites where I am a member.
What do I need to do to assure you and the FTH team that I am not a hacker?

I did make some clumsy (and unsuccessful) attempts to log into the support site a few days ago.  Did not control LastPass well.  That was long after the problem started.
The site administrator for the second unaccepted invite (Marian VA) did just remove me from their admin console.
