Members removed from Member Management

It seems that anytime an officer logs into our website the following members are moved from "Members" to "Former Members". The member also receives an email "Please confirm you are *not* a Member of Club 3801 now".  These are the 2 members affected:

gerri.pelto@wellsfargo.com
steven.curran@wellsfargo.com 

Our wbsite:  Downtowners Toastmasters Club of Denver (toastmastersclubs.org)



 

If that is still happening it is because they are using old and bad outdated links. FTH has not sent out the Move to Former Members links in over 6 months.

Please have them make sure they are accessing your site with downtownersco.toastmastersclubs.org/ and nothing after the /

Thank you for your response. I can confirm that both Gerri.pelto@wellsfargo.com and Steven.curan@wellsfargo.com are using downtownersco.toastmastersclub.org

Is the problem that someone else is logging on to the incorrect domain?
