Unable to Delete Faulty Agenda

Good afternoon. I am the VPE for the OneTalk Toastmasters. I am new to creating agendas on the FreeToast platform. On June 20th, I logged on the website to add new meeting agendas for our future meetings. While learning, I copy and pasted a prior agenda directly within the text of the agenda for our July 5th meeting. The formatting was completed thrown off and I quickly that this was not the correct way to add a new agenda. I figured it out how to properly create the agenda but am unable to delete the original agenda for July 5th. Unfortunately, the website is not allowing me to delete the agenda. None of the buttons are working properly and appears to even be unclickable. Is there any way for someone to remove it for me? I don't seem to have the capability to do this even logged in as an admin. I have also tried using a different browser but that doesn't seem to help either. With the buttons not working currently, I am unable to navigate to other agendas.

Hi,
I just took a look, and yes, it's really buggered up!  Looks like you pasted an entire agenda into the prepared speech information box for someone.  I've not encountered this before and don't see how in our back end to remedy this, so I'm going to hope that a staffer smarter than me (and likely with more access than me) can address this.
BTW: please provide your club number when requesting support!

1) do not use your officer-nnnn as a TI contact email address only club members can email that address. Use contact-nnnn.

2) You had multiple July 5 agendas I removed the one in error.

Thank you for deleting the agenda!

I’m not sure what you mean by your first point though. What do you mean by officer-nnnn vs. contact-nnnn?
