Without your club number we are left with hands largely tied.
Our FTH documentation should be helpful.  Start with that under the "Alias or Domain" heading on support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/basic-settings .
I will add that custom domains are established/maintained with a non-FTH entity, and thus your inquiry would be properly directed to the folks there.

ballinatoastmasters.com is our club website. It has expired. We wish to retain this web address. The original website address is 831897.toaastmasters.org.
