I just tested things and they're working properly. Not being a gambling man, I won't proffer the odds, but it appears that though you have had the Prospects List feature enabled for many moons, nobody has yet checked the "Check this box to be included in emails about future meetings & events" checkbox. I did so, and my e-mail address showed up on the Prospects list. The key to this working is found in the FTH documentation at

under the "Saving information entered in the form" heading in the italicized, parenthesized informaitonal text:
(If the person checks the checkbox at the bottom of the form.)
