Good morning from Vineyard Toastmasters in Indiana,

I have 3 members report to me they received "no longer a member" emails from FTH. In one case the member is a Past International Director. I checked the system and they are clearly members in FTH and Toastmasters international.  Any thoughts to the error and why they are happening?

their email processor is clicking the not a member link in the emails from FTH.
Suggest your turn off the "not a member" link in the admin console email security,

Hi Brian,

I just noticed this same behaviour just in the last day or two. And it coincides with turning on an enhanced email protection option in Microsoft for "Defender for Office 365" which has a Safe Links feature that makes sure Links are safe to click.

What about other clickable links in agenda emails - the are you attending yes/no and the [X] to drop meeting roles? Do these also fall victim to similar email preprocessing?  I have just turned off the not-a-member footer option as you suggested.
