Your new member needs to go into her email and remove some of the messages so that she can receive others. Then she should be able to get the opt-in message and action it.

Hi, Thank you for your help. We met with the new member today. She checked her email, spam and junk folder but has not received the email invitation to free toast host. Here is what I see:
Shirley Wood's name has a strikethrough in her name.

Please let me know if I am missing a step her. Her invitation will expire in 9 days.

Shirely's name is not entered as you reported it. Please make sure your spelling is correct.

The welcome email was resent to the email address as entered and accepted by gmail. Have your new member check her in box and spam box.
