There is no one by that name on any of the Membership Management module lists in FreeToastHost for your club.  You will need to add this person again.  Refer to support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...ip-panel#add-members for the process, and note there, please, further down on the page, the section titled "Resend Opt-In Email(s)."

Thank you very much for your support. However, I received from you other message that New member Masahira Hongo opt-out by himself. That is incredible as he has paid the admission fee and has been waiting for the membership. Anyway I will ask him how it happed and come back to you. Sorry for your additional work. I.Mitani
