Hello FreeToastHost Support Team,

I submitted two requests to change the admin access for the North Country Toastmasters Club Number 6295 from  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  to myself, slong4701@gmail.
- First request: November 4, 2024
- Second request: November 21, 2024

I received an acknowledgement for both requests indicating the following:
- "Your request for admin change has been received and is pending authorization.  You will receive an e-mail as soon as it is approved or denied."

This response also indicated the Club President, Chris McMahon,  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  and the VP of Membership, Megan Long, vpm-6295@toastmastersclubs.org would be contacted for approval.
- Neither myself, Chris or Megan received any follow-up communication to either request.

Dianne is no longer with the club.

Please address the initial requests at your earliest convenience.

The verification email goes to the official contact email that TI find a club uses. This may be out of date for your club.

In which case update your official club contact email in Club Central. You'll then probably need to wait a day or two until this becomes publicly available. Then the admin change request should work.

Hello Jane and Brian,

I realized the e-mail distribution to vpm-6295@toastmastersclubs.org, secretary-6295@toastmastersclubs.org and many others are not working.

The first 3 admin change requests were directed to the former admin (no longer available), vpm-6295@toastmastersclubs.org, secretary-6295@toastmasters.org and the Club President, Chris McMahon at cjmac1976@gmail.com.
- None of these received any e-mail from FTH to approve the admin change request.

I modified the Club Profile within Toastmasters.org and put in my direct e-mail address. After about 2-hours, FTH recognized the modification, acknowledged the 4th request and delivered the necessary e-mail message to my direct e-mail address to approve. This task is done.

Please help me figure out how to correct the issues with recipients not receiving e-mails from name-6295@toastmastersclubs.org.
