Opt-In e-mails are not being received

Hi,
In addition to our support request of Feb. 5, 2025, which relates to the Toastmasters Club Excellence #7701 FreeToastHost website, where we have been using www.club-excellence.org as website address and this domain has been lost to us as of Jan. 31, 2025, we have an issue with sending Opt-in e-mails from our site 7701.toastmastersclubs.org (using this site and preparing and updating agendas works very well as usual).
We have a new member, who is currently shown in the membership list with a "strike-through". For about three weeks we have sent about five Opt-in e-mails to the new member and the Opt-in e-mail was never received (I have received a copy as VP-Education that the Opt-in e-mail was sent) . We have verified the e-mail address, which is correct.
We have received a message, that the new member will be deleted from the membership list, if the opt-in is not done within a few days.
We do not know what to do and how we can get this working.

It seems that the new member has opted in today. 
If they do have problems receiving FTH emails, please ask them to set up safe senders as per the documentation here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email
