Hi! On the "Contact Us" page, members are listed that are no longer valid. How do I update this to a general email address?

The preferred solution is to assign up to 3 officer roles, e.g. VPM, Secretary, VPPR.  Those move to the new officers when roles are updated in Membership Management. Documentation here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/contact-forms
If it isn't going to an officer address, it must go to an address on your membership list.  If you want to use a "general/shared" group address, you'll need to create a dummy member with that address - and make sure it is monitored.
