Re: Facebook LIKE Button, etc. was created by Brad Smith
I manually added Facebook like button to my club FTH site. This has to be done page by page but is not really that hard.

I created a video showing how to do this step by step.

OK. I have set up the facebook like button...but I would like it to link back to our facebook page, not a new page (our tm website). I am trying to increase the amount of people who like our fb page. Is this possible???

Yes. I followed the video, and now have a like button on my website page. 976.toastmastersclubs.org/directions.html
The issue is it appears that it is for our website only. Not for our facebook page.
www.facebook.com/#!/CapitalCityTM
I would like the click of the like to add members to our facebook page.
This is really great info!!!

Amy, Thanks for your question.

When a user clicks Like, the idea is they are liking the page they are currently on.

When they click Like on your:
  • TM site, they are liking your TM site.
  • FB page, they are liking your FB page.

Yes. I am glad to be able to set this up. I was just hoping to integrate the two sites. I guess this is not possible. ?

Thanks, though! I like that I am able to do this...
