I am not getting the "look" that I want. I changed the Header description but my changes do not show, see attachment.
Also, as part of the heading I would like to add the Theme and the Word of the day. i cannot find any function for that. What am I missing?

Please always post your club number in your message body or in your forum signature (simpler)--see my signature below for how to add to forum signature.

There is no attachment.

Doc on editing the Meeting Description is here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...-agenda#meeting-desc

Meeting Descriptions are not stored with named Agenda Templates. There is a Default Meeting Description that is edited in Agenda Settings (Admin Console) that may be updated to impact all agenda creation. Otherwise, you only impact the current dated agenda.

The admin console is where I tried to enter a different header. That header did not appear. Instead I got the original Default Meeting Desc which I had deleted or replaced. How do I get the Admin Console default header changes that I made to show?
I am assuming that the mission statement on the attached file came from the Admin Console Default Meeting Desc. I have sent a copy of what the agenda looks like and also a copy of what I would like to add at the top of the agenda. Maybe I am working in the wrong place. Do you have a Word of the Day and Theme option in your agenda?

once an agenda is created from the template the header no longer updates When you change the template.

Build the template then create the dated agenda.

I would like to put a THEME and Word Of The Day on my agendas. The header that you spoke of is set in the admin console and meant to be static for future agendas. I assume that this NOT where i should be entering data that I expect to change for each agenda, such as THEME and Word Of The Day. Do you have a "vehicle" to add this rotating information banner?
Also, I can't find where to adjust the top banner, the one with the Toastmaster's logo and blue bar with club name. How do I change this?

You are incorrect. Once a dated Agenda is created, the agenda header is now part of that dated Agenda and is not controlled by the Agenda Template.

Anyone who has update access to that dated Agenda has the ability to change that Agenda header.

You cannot change the Blue parts of the Template/Logo, they are provided as branded Toastmasters International Template by TI

You can chage the text as it is your club name in Basic Settings.
