I am a member of the First Hanseatic Toastmasters, Club # 561 in Hamburg Germany, Area K1 District 95.

1) Launch admin console
2) Membership Management

I can´t delete the doublet of a guest from the Membership list of our club´s Website.

The Name of the guest is Julia Steinbrück. She has been a guest so far.

In the Membership list the registration without the addtition [guest] has to be deleteted.

I can´t delete the double registration by using the key "delete".

Thank you in advance!

Silke

I have been complaining about this problem 7 months ago and also over a year ago. It is indeed impossible to delete anybody from the members' roster. It is easy to enter a person twice by mistake if one makes spelling mistakes of there is no email address at one instance.
I understand that the roster function will be upgraded at some time in the future, and this problem will probably disappear.

You should not be able to add a person with the same email twice, The system is supposed to prevent that.

It is easy to enter a person twice by mistake if one makes spelling mistakes of there is no email address at one instance.

Then that is two different people. You cannot possibly expect the system to know what you intended to type versus what you actually typed. :pinch:
