No filters on attachments on our end. However Outlook,com is very fussy. You will have to be very precise, email addresses from and to name of attachment, content of attachment date time raw headers of the bounce from outlook.com

The quote in your club name was causing the issue.

We gave been blocking VPN for over 5 years. VPN keep changing the IP they use because the IP get blocked because of abuse. Who ever you are using now is using a range of blocked IP.

The support site runs on a different server with different security requirements.

Most VPN have been blocked because of abuse. FTH doesn't support VPN for accessing the server.
