No, there is only one official club admin. You can delegate a lot of the site functions to up to three officers, in the Access Settings area.

The timezone setting on your site is showing as GMT. Change this to your local timezone and the correct times should show in the calendar.

That will be coming from a old dues cycle in Dues Management, with members who aren't marked off as paid. Mark everyone off as paid (or other setting that makes sense) and it should stop displaying those messages.
