We continue to see problems with email not being delivered. I've checked with our network service department and they see nothing being blocked on our end. It also appears the messages are passing through our spam filter messagelabs. Toastmasters is not a blocked sender on our system. Sometimes the messages make it through, but not to all members, and many times the messages are delayed by several hours.

us.messagelabs.com is the Symantec spam blocker, I believe (Symantec owns them)

We have seen some similar behavior with other companies using this system. If you search the forum threads for messagelabs, you will likely see what I am referring to. Agenda emails seem to be something that get affected to a greater degree. Agenda emails have a lot of html in them. I suspect that there is something about the html that is not interacting well with the messagelabs system, but I am puzzled as to what it is.

For now, I believe you will probably need to print your agenda to a PDF and use the members list to distribute. Not ideal, I know. Hopefully, I will be able to provide this alternate method of sending the agenda as an option in the email agenda dialog in the future.

Jeff:

You can have your company whitelist the emails coming from ????????@toastmastersclubs.org
There is nothing we can do the stop the spam filters from blocking the emails.
