5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

Ok, per a review of our email log, it appears that maybe some of your members are trying to use email addresses that are not in your members' profiles at the same time as using normal FTH email addresses. The unrecognized email addresses will get ignored whenever you are using an FTH TO email address such as members- or agenda etc.. Does not matter if they are on the CC line or whatever. *All* email addresses in the To or CC fields must be known or recognizable to the FTH system. Otherwise they are ignored as invalid. This is what is referred to as "SENT WITH EXCEPTIONS".

Members do not see any error messages. It appears the agenda is sent, but no one is receiving it. However, I can send the agenda both as myself and as the site administrator.

Your email service is not accepting email from our server. You need to talk to you IT folks, to allow the email through.
