Chi - a few more thoughts.
Are you logged in as member and admin or just as admin? It shouldn't make any difference but try logging out as both member and admin. Do you have multiple club website sessions open? Close them all and open a fresh session. I can access your site as admin and launch the console on my iPad, so I suspect there could be some conflict on your iPad.

Confirm that you can't see the "Launch admin console" button yet. Now try logging in again. Just enter your club no & password and check that you don't have any messages in the top part of the login screen before you press "login". After pressing login can you see the "Launch admin console" button? Do you get a new password reset email?

Pam - I followed the steps you illustrated. I see the "launch admin console" button after pressing login. I didn't get a password reset email.

Thank you,
Chi

Have you tried clearing history and website data?

I'm running out of ideas :(. It has to be something on your iPad. Is your iOS up to date? I don't think that should matter.

When you click the button, do you get the sense that it is reacting but nothing happens,or does it seem that it isn't actually clicking? Can you scroll it to a different spot on your iPad and try clicking there. I sometimes find I hit a dead spot on other applications, and by moving the screen it will work.

After I explored more with my iPad and when I minimized the safari screen, I realized the private browsing was turned on. I cannot turn on or off this functionality on the setting menu, I didn't realize that. I must have turned it on accidentally. I turned it off and I can now have access to the admin console from my iPad. I am sorry for bothering you for this issue and thank you very much for the time you spent to help me.

Thanks for the follow up post. :) Yeah, the special settings modes of Safari can really mess things up.
