Cannot launch admin console using iPad

Check your cookies setting. Mine is set to "Allow from Websites I visit", which I think is the default.

Else see if "Clear History and Website data" helps.

Mine is set to "Allow from website I visit" as well. I cleared the history and still it doesn't work.

By the way, I have received login key along with the instructions saying, "Once in, click on "launch admin console", click on the "Administrator Info" tab, enter/change your password there, then click "Save". Three times I posted my question. Am I supposed to receive this message each time I post my question or reply to this support page?

No - the forum and your FTH clubsite are two different sites, this must be happening as you login as admin.

But that gives me a clue - it seems that your login as admin isn't working correctly. Something is triggering the "forgot your password" link which is why you are getting the email. It is strange that you see the Launch Admin Console button after that - it is as though the system is still waiting for your password but is already showing the "Launch admin console" button. I have tried forcing the message on my iPad but I don't see the Launch button.

Try this: Log out as admin, then login again and enter your password first, then your club number and then click the login button.

Pam is best suited to help with this because she has an iPad (I do not) and she is familiar with it.

However, if you will allow me to shoot from the hip with something to try... if you switch to a different page than your home page first, can you then access the admin console? Sometimes the issue is with home page content that goofs things up. Because of that, sometimes we tell users to switch to a different page (e.g. Meeting Info/Directions) that is less likely to contain an issue before trying to access the admin console. (sometimes this approach works)
