Ok, one thing to be careful about.

You need to think very carefully about your role titles and what you put in the askerisks. While you can freely and easily change them later, the system as it currently exists does not have a way to consolidate changed role titles in the role reports. Thus, in the role reports, if you have both President in some agendas and Presiding Officer in others, the role report has no way to know that they are the same role and will show both as separate roles in the role reports. This is a current design flaw (I did not design that) that I hope to fix in the future.

Look at Quotemaster/Jokemaster. Other functionaries have 0 mins, this role has 1 min

Suggest changing *General* Evaluator to *General Evaluator*

For the *General Evaluator*, I suggest putting making the item where they introduce the speakers either zero or one minutes, and then adding *General Evaluator*'s Report as an item with 2 minutes after the speech evaluations.

Currently, it looks like the General Evaluator has 2 minutes to do their report before the speakers, but if you read the description, it is different. Putting an item with the GE's time after the speech evaluations ensure that they have time on the agenda and it is accounted for.

Conversely, I would just use 0 minute placeholders for the functionary reports a the end and role those current times up into the TM role. Those functionary roles really do not have written in stone times, and the TM needs to be able to control the brevity of those reports to keep the meeting on time.

If you have time left over, you can add a "Presiding Officer Conducts Club Business Meeting" at the end.

Also, some good "dummy" (0 minutes) agenda items to add at the end:

1. A club officer contact information. You can use the officer email addresses for this.

2. Allow people to sign up for "will not attends" to inform you that they will not attend some future meeting:
I WILL NOT ATTEND #1
I WILL NOT ATTEND #2
I WILL NOT ATTEND #3
I WILL NOT ATTEND #4
