VPPR who sent it used Chrome. I viewed it on both Chrome, Brave, and Safari, but this issue doesn't seem to be specific to a browser. I can try to replicate it with my dummy accounts if you let me know what you need to help you resolve.

Sorry, I can't replicate it for Send Basic email to two members (myself and the club account). I was watching her set up the template with {{firstname}} only. However, we both received emails with both our names that surprised me. Thus, we reverted to manually sending each recipient an email without selecting multiple prospects and guests for our upcoming open house.

I think she used a PC, but I don't think this seems like it's platform specific. I guess the issue is fixed until we see it recur.
