I apologize. Once again, I cannot create an agenda template that I can plug and play for the months ahead. I've asked for your assistance before...and what I've tried has failed again.

Your documentation gives this direction:
You can create an agenda using a template or an existing agenda as the basis, or you can build it from scratch. Usually, the former method is preferred. (I'm trying to use the latter, an existing agenda.)
Click on the + icon in the agenda task bar near the top.
Choose a date
Choose a template. You'll be asked if you want to update the start time to the time associated with the template. Click YES or NO, whichever is appropriate.
SAVE the agenda. Now you can begin editing it.
Using the Jan. 10th agenda on our site, I click the + icon choose a date, by entering Jan. 24th into date field and the start time of the meeting. When the screen refreshes, the data is missing from the newly created agenda for Jan. 24th.
What am I missing? I’m following the directions exactly, am I not?? I have to login as Admin in order to successfully create the templates, yes?

Thanks very much,

Bill, the following shows what you should be doing. When you click the + sign, set the date of the new agenda you wish to make. Then click the drop-down that is labeled "Create from Template"... The dated agenda that you wish to use as a template should be in that list... select it. Next, you will be asked if you wish to use the same time as is stored in the source agenda (the "template")... that sets the time for the new agenda for you.
