Hi Brian

This issue lasted for a couple of weeks. I showed the messages here to the ISP technicians and they were quite in awe of the fact that it was a Toastmasters site, but they couldn't find anything wrong with my connection. It was escalated 3 times, but by the time the last technician got back to me the issue had cleared. They were adamant that everything was behaving as expected on their side.

Touch wood, but I haven't had any more connection problems.
