If you have a Toastmaster member from another club coming to visit your club, how do you add there name to the agenda if they're filling a role? Thanks!

Typical approach is to create a dummy member called "Guest" or similar, that allows you to reserve a spot on the agenda for them. You can put their name in the Role Description.

We had the same issue - work around is we added them as:
GUEST-OC (OC means - Other Club), name, email

Then, they can be added and on the Agenda they will show as GUEST-OC, Name
