TOPIC:

I can't delete an item in the default agenda for our Frederick Toastmasters site. Clicking the delete button appears to do nothing.
The club site is frederick.toastmastersclubs.org, the default template in question is "FTM Std Meeting template", the item that I want to delete is "Grammarian's/Ah Counter's Report - *Grammarian* & *Ah Counter*"

Please advise.

I also tried for you. I cannot delete it either.

Steve may have to take a look at the code.

This should be fixed. Sorry for any inconvenience. I have added and deleted a dummy item that I added to the template. I did not touch any of your items.

Can you please see if my fix is working for you and confirm one way or the other back here? Much thanks!

Please log out and hit the Reload from Site at the very bottom of your site page and then try again. That should force the fix through.

If it still doesn't work please advise what browser you are using.

We have never supported IE7, you need to upgrade your IE or use another browser like chrome or Firefox

No, Sorry meant IE 11. To many things going on. Distracted.

I can try it on my iPad from Safari...

I use IE11 and I do development on it. No issues.

Do you know how to run IE11 without add-ons? Give that a shot and try the delete and let me know how it goes.

If need be, we can try an advanced troubleshooting technique.

loading the default agenda template from my iPad just hangs waiting for it to load. Trying to see if I have Chrome loaded on another computer. Will try if I do.

I tried with Chrome. Doesn't seem to work either for that browser either. Feel free to delete that item from my default template yourself.
It's now the last line in the default template. It's the default FTM Meeting template with the item "Grammarian's/Ah Counter's Report - *Grammarian* & *Ah Counter*" for 0 minutes.
I just would like it out of the default agenda.

how do I run IE w/o add-ons?

In Programs menu (on Win 7 for me):

Accessories ... System Tools ... Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)

If that does not trigger something come back here and we will do more drastic approaches to troubleshoot.

I think I found the problem. It looks like I undid my fix from yesterday by mistake.

Can you do a reload and check if it is working now?

Yes, if works now. Thank you. I was able to delete the unwanted item from the default agenda.
