Is it possible to have a custom webpage that is *both* Unlisted and Members Only?

I would like to create a number of custom webpages which contain meeting recaps of each date separately. But I would like it to not clutter up the members area with very long list of every page.

Thanks.

Most people create the meeting minutes/recaps as PDF and load into the file management area.

Another option is to provide a members page which contains an index to the unlisted pages.

For each index item (in your case that would probably be the meeting date) you will have to enter the URL of the corresponding unlisted page as a link. It is similar to linking to the file management documents, but you (the admin, or officer with access to custom web pages) can easily edit the unlisted pages.

An unlisted page just means it is not listed in the menu.

The only way you can access an unlisted page is via a link to that page that resides in another page that is accessible via the menu.

The other page would be either a public, members only, or an officers only page.

Thus, you already have what you need to do this.
Just create a members only page, and put as many links there to the unlisted pages there as you need.

Brian, Pam, and Steve,

Thank you. I have already done this. But I want even those unlisted pages to require a member login/auth before access. Right now, an unlisted page may be accessed by anyone with a link whereas a member page will always require authentication. So the unlisted page does not have as much access control as the member page.

That is a good point: someone only needs to know the URL to get access. At the moment, that leaves you with either uploading pdf minutes to the private members' directory, or of using URLs made of random strings, such as ldfkt4mre.html

If the URLs are going to be listed on an ordinary members' page, at least the members don't have to type the URL correctly themselves to get access.

Thanks, Jane.

But even uploaded PDF files in the Member Downloads are not really private. Even though unauthenticated users cannot see it, they can download it if they have the link. I just tried with a couple of different browsers.

Thanks for the heads-up. That's an old bug which I thought had been fixed a while ago.
