So... "default agenda" has no meaning to me. Do you mean the agenda templates? See the following:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/a...t-settings#templates
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda

I realize that there are still references to "default agendas" in the docs, but I need to request those get changed, as the terminology really is confusing and does not really apply to the way the agendas work.

A "default" implies that is a single thing or single set of things that are entered or an action that is taken on your behalf when you do not do anything.

With our agendas, in all cases, you either have to build an agenda from scratch, or you need to select a prior dated agenda or named, undated agenda template to use as a starting place. So, there is really not a "default", per se, since you have to do something or select something to get an agenda.

We have an agenda on our website. I have created the "online agenda" and want to use the one I created and not the one that is on the website now. Can you tell me how to make the one I created available for our members?? Thanks.

In the documentation Steve provided, there are instructions to save an agenda as a template. In addition, you can generate a new agenda from any existing agenda. Q

Okey dokey, I see what your club did. You used the meeting description space for your agenda. Clever, even if it does defeat all the agenda functionality (like role history). ;)

So, I see that you have created a template. What you need to do, is go to the Global Agenda Settings and Templates dialog, and change the default *Meeting Description* there. (That *is* a default--it is what you get if you do not do anything.) Trim it back to just the stuff you want to show at the top of each of your agendas. A mission statement, or something that looks good to meeting guests is usually a good idea. Once you do that, you can just select your template for use as the starting place for new agendas.... click the + button, select the date, select your template, and click save. Once you do that, you will be able to customize the meeting description from the default for your specific meeting, and make any tweaks to the new agenda you created from the template.

Sorry to be a bother, but I don't see this button.--->click the + button, select the date, select your template, and click save. Once you do that, you will be able to customize the meeting description from the default for your specific meeting, and make any tweaks to the new agenda you created from the template.

The "+" button only let's me make yet another agenda template. What am I missing?

Sorry, you are in the wrong spot. Exit the agenda templates dialog, and get out of the admin console. Click on the agendas link at the top of the members only menu and then scroll all the way to the bottom. See the tool bar there? Click that + button.

Your default meeting description has a lot of empty lines in it. I would strongly recommend taking those out. The meeting description is the real root of your problem. Get rid of all the extra lines and trim it down.

I had a few default templates in there. But here is a new glitch... it will not save my new template. Please advise, thanks.

Ok, you should be good now. Like I said before, the meeting description (the intro) was messing you up. Also, you had a couple of empty templates that I ditched--less confusion that way.

I do strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with our docs on the agendas. There are a lot of good tips in the docs.
