Dear Free ToastHost 2

Our TM club has recently change domain host provider for our club site.
Alas, during the change over, the links that were 'live' to our Club Newsletters (public access) from the home page don't appear to be working.
I have tried several options without success.
However, I can access the Club Newsletters if I am logged in as 'site administrator' (from File Manager option).

Can you suggest what is there is a step I have failed to put in place to reinstate the links to our Club Newsletters from our club site?

kind regards
Linda Tracey

You will have to relink the documents on your newsletter page. The links you have still point to your old domain,
e.g.
gourmet-tm.org.au/jdownload.cgi?action=download&path=Gourmet_Club_News_1402.pdf should be gourmet.toastmastersclubs.org/jdownload.cgi?action=download&path=Gourmet_Club_News_1402.pdf

Here is the documentation telling you how to get the new links: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/linking-to-files

Ok, I took a look. Your DNS records look OK.

I looked at the links on the Newsletter page, and I do see two issues.

The first link is missing the .org in the www.gourmettoastmasters.org in the link. You can see this by hovering your mouse over the link.

The other links look like they are referencing a different domain name.

What you need to do is bring that page up in the editor, then right click on each link, then select Edit Link from the pop up menu. Save the page when you are done, and you should be all set.

What Steve and Pam said are correct. You just need to change the links of the newsletters to where they are pointing to now and you are set...
