That is incorrect. Those can be entered as soon as someone actually signs up for a speaking role.

However, I am not showing them for unfilled speaking roles... it just takes up space that is not needed until someone fills the speaking slot.

Dave,

1) Please put your club number in your forum signature to expedite future support requests. See the link in my forum signature for how to do that.

2) The issue is that your agenda does not have the speaker roles checked as speakers. (The checkbox in the role definition labeled "This is a speech (select manual / add intro)". ) That checkbox controls whether the speech details can be entered for speaker roles. You need to edit those roles and check the checkbox.

I had been putting 2728 (club number) when I typed in my name. It is now in with the signature.

I finally figured out how to add the speaker info. Thanks for telling me.

Steve: I am going to turn the website over to someone who knows a little more about computers than where the on/off switch is. Hopefully he will be able to not drive you up a wall as much as I have.
