I remove any current Officer and then save and i get these messages.

It is because you have some email addresses in your contacts that have arbptoastmasters.org in them. Look in Former Members and some of the other lists...

You *cannot* have email addresses in membership management that have your custom domain name in them. It causes email loops which can crash the system. For example, we have had clubs enter This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for their presidents email address... it just makes the email system run an endless loop and crashes the email system, since it is not a "real" email address, just an alias.

We were not checking for those in the past... now we do.

Please clean up your Membership Management and ditch those email addresses. If you just delete them, the system will enter an acceptable noemail- address as a place holder.
