First issue, club members are attempting to visit our
club website, and they're receiving error messages.

I checked the url they're using, and I see an error message.
Please view the screenshot (dns-error-msg.png) attached.

The url they're using is talkofthetown.toastmasters.org.

What's triggering the dns error? How is it fixed?

Second issue, we're still seeing a delay in loading club home page or individual agendas.
It's more than 5 seconds of waiting for the page to load. I sometimes leave a tab open for
several minutes, and it doesn't load the page at all.

Do you know what is causing the page load time much longer than normal?

That is not your site the domain is wrong.

Yes, the URL you provided is correct.

It still doesn't explain why the DNS error would occur if they're using the correct URL.

In the photo attached, you can see the URL is entered in correctly without the http://
Normally that loads the club website just fine.

you posted toastmasters.org not the same url at all.

Please read carefully.

The image you posted is also toastmasters.org

in the original post it's not just toastmasters.org.

Now, I understand the distinction is in the domain (toastmasterclubs.org).

Was this domain change a recent change?

For clearer communication, it'd be better to highlight or format the difference in domains.

talkofthetown.toastmasters.org
talkofthetown.toastmasterclubs.org.

Rather than "read closely" or "read again."

Incorrect. In all screen shots you posted indicating an error, the domain ends in toastmasters.org, not toastmastersclubs.org .

Brian has an eagle eye... he usually catches these things. ;)

I agree. In all the screenshots it ended in .toastmasters.org.

The sentence Brian wrote was so brief I misunderstood what he was telling me.

I thought he was saying "You're using toastmasters.org" rather than a club website URL.

It would be more clear to say, the club url is incorrect.
A club URL should end with .toastmastersclubs.org vs .toastmasters.org.
