The email was sent to more than 1200 members and not even a single email bounced (incorrect address etc.) make us believe something is wrong.

1200 members?   That is going to be a problem to edit them. Membership Management was not designed to scale to that size of a data set. Even if I had not moved to the current table based implementation in the last update, 1200 records in a data transfer (actually it is more since all tabs are transferred at once) would still be an issue. I am making a mental note to revisit Membership Management performance vs scaling issues in a few months... I may get in touch with you then to help me do some performance testing if you would be willing to assist. Regards,

With only one member in formerleaders group, sent another email and the email never received by that single member. Something is wrong with the formerleaders group.

Well I actually did fix it before in my development code, but I copied the update to the wrong production code file.
 I ran a email trace on an email to the formerleaders list for our test district website (d31) to verify that things are now working as intended. Regards,
