Hello,

I just went in to the Admin console and added a new member. I noticed that the custom welcome message had disappeared. The last time I added a member, and sent this message, was on Apr. 11, 2015.

I reset to the default message and made a couple of small changes, then clicked the Save button. When I try to send the message to the new member, it is not there (i.e. disappeared again).

How can I retrieve or save my custom message?

Hi Brian,

The default message was there. Again, after I made a small change to it and re-saved it, the message disappeared. Now, I can't even restore the default message.
