IS THERE A PROCESS for DELETING NAMED TEMPLATES?

After a series of VPEs we have accumulated a lot of "template trash" which we'd like to clear out so we can keep just the forms we are using routinely.

I've looked through the documentation and don't see this clearly identified. I see this comment from PAM 8 months ago " There is no need to delete old templates if you might use them again, but if they are obsolete it is best to delete them." but I don't see how to DELETE TEMPLATES.

I've added an item to the end of the agenda templates doc.

I agree that it's a good idea to removed unwanted cruft which can cause confusion.

As VPE I don't see the same opportunity to rename or delete templates.
Perhaps it's an ADMIN only feature?

Or I'm not getting to the right section of the code... can you remind me the path to get to the agenda screen?

Yes, I've reloaded the software.

It is an admin function that can be delegated to club officers.

However, Nancy, you are not listed as VPE in the website, Maria is. If that is incorrect, then it will need to get fixed in Membership Management.

Here is what Maria sees on the member's menu... Note what i have highlighted. It gives access to the Agenda Templates module.

And, yes, Marla is VPE and I'm admin on that site.

In the first post on this I noted this problem was for a different club... where I am VPE. Sorry I didn't reiterate that.
