Hi Team,

I requested a free toast host website for my new club "Orators at UTD". Club # 05258000. I am the Charter President of the club. I got an email saying that an email has been sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for authorization.

This member is a charter member, but not an officer or any point of contact. The email that I received also carried a link to update the admin. The link is support.toastmastersclubs.org/administra...ontact-email-address . It doesnt work

Can you please update the admin for this club to reflect my details. My email address is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

You will have to do a change form, www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/ , to change the admin to you.

That is the email address list as the contact for the club at Toastmasters.org find-a-club.
If that address is wrong please correct it and submit a change request.

However using www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/ , I am not able to enter a request. On putting my club number "5258000", it says Whoops! This club number was not found. Please cancel out of this window and try again. You do need a valid club number to proceed. Please advise. Regards Gaurav

Ok, my apologies... I think we goofed.

If This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. did not approve the initial website request, then it would not yet be created. It is the approval that causes the website to get created.

So... sorry about that, but I think you need to do another initial website request once your email address shows up on your club's find a club page. Check that it is correct first.

It still shows the old email address (hover over the blue email button.... look at bottom left of screen)... It takes about a day or two for changes to show up there.
