I tried following the instructions support.toastmastersclubs.org/component/zoo/item/club-calendar but I don't have those options in Admin or member role? Those items are done in the calendar itself. You click on a date, or drag the time duration in a week or day view. Then the dialogue box pops up.

(I think that the doc needs a bit more clarification. I hope to do that in a day or so.)

You can't directly add an agenda to the calendar and get the blue colouring.

You have to set up an agenda in the agenda functionality. The agenda is then automatically added to the calendar.

If the agenda functionality isn't available on your site, it may have been turned off. Check the Appearance settings in the admin console.
