I've just helped my wife setup the website for Huan Yu Toastmasters. We input all of the past agendas, then created agendas for the next 2 months. After that I showed her the club calendar, and to my surprise the calendar shows all the meetings on Thursday, while the agendas are Wednesday.

In the admin console the time zone was originally set to the default (I missed changing it), but changing it to Hong Kong had no effect on the calendar. That could confuse visitors coming to the meeting on the wrong day.

Tracy S Offline New Member Posts: 7 Thank you received: 3	Our club (3876) had the same problem in that the meetings on the calendar were set to Thursday, and our meeting are Wednesdays. We did not have agendas on the club site, though, so it looks like the default date is Thursday.

The corresponding calendar dates for the meeting events are updated in the agenda save code. So, saving the agendas is what triggers the calendar to also get updated for those meeting events.
