The sign-up sheet depends on a level of consistency in the agendas it represents...

You apparently changed your agenda layout between 2016-04-21 and 2016-05-05 thus, the N/A's are inserted for roles that the code thinks are not consistent. Cannot do anything about that. They will go away once you get to 2016-05-05, since you will be using consistent agendas again.
