1. I am logged in as admin of the site. Why don't i have access to the following, why or why not and how do I get it. As admin shouldn't I have access to everything.
  • Mentor/Mentee Request Form
  • Club E-mail Addresses
  • Edit Your Profile
  • Private Member Directory
  • Member Downloads

  • 2. Working on the agenda for the first time as we just opened our club to the public.
    a. Is there no way to upload our by attaching it rather then doing it on line?
    b. My member couldn't log on to do the agenda is it only the 3 people who have access to the site who can do the agenda
    through this site?
    c. There is a drop down to select member but none of my members show up in the drop down. How do I add them, does it or
should it not pull from the toastmaster list of active members in our club?
    d. How do I enter their email addresses so when I send the agenda it goes to the list?

    Thanks
    Krystina

Admin is for intended for configuring the website, not for using it.

Most of the things you claim not to be able to use are available via the admin console in another form. For example, you can assign mentors, you can access club email addresses, you can edit member profiles, you can access/update member contact information, and you can access the file manager for uploaded files.

Agenda functionality is per our internal agenda system. You are welcome to ignore/disable it if you wish, but you will be giving up a lot of functionality that streamlines creating meeting agendas. Agenda creation and editing rights is per the 3 access delegates in the admin console. Using the online agendas (e.g. signing up for a role, printing, etc.) is by any member. Any member can access and use the agenda, but editing and creation rights are reserved to those officers you assign access to.

You have to add your members via membership management for the drop downs to populate and their emails to be in the system. There is no connection to member information in the TI database... this is an independent system, independent effort. There is a shortcut for loading the info in our docs.

Bottom Line: Please review and get familiar with our online documentation.
