After the meeting ends, how do I go in to input into the system who won the best speaker, best table topic and best evaluation for that day?

Just log in as the VPED or site admin and select the agenda by date and click the pencil to edit.

I am the vpe. I do not understand your directions. I go back to the agenda and click the pencil to edit. Got that part. But where is the prompt to record the data for these specific roles? Thanks.

There is no prompt, you edit the role and select the person from the pull down of members. The save.

FreeToastHost does not directly support recording "Best ...." , but you can edit the role descriptions for a specific meeting agenda to indicate that.

When you created your meeting template, did you create a role called best speaker, best table topic and best evaluation for that day? and then did you indicate that the role could or could not be assigned to a meeting participant? Is that they way to handle? I want to make sure I understand. Currently, I do not seem to have a way to track this information.

You could do that. Just set them to not be sign up roles, and not print (if you do not want them on printed agenda).

If you added roles for tracking purposes, then you could use the role history reports for a tally across meetings.

Actually, I like your approach... I had not thought of using non-signup roles for this purpose before... Very nice! :cheer:

(Of course, my club does not do any voting for roles at all, so I probably would not have thought of it.)
