During this officer transition time, we're using the "Other Officer" role more than we usually do. Are those "Other Officers" included in the destinations when mail is sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ?

Yes... that is one of the reasons "Other Officer" exists. Many clubs have non-traditional "pseudo-officer" roles and want those roles included in the officer email distributions.

You can also create custom officer email addresses for those people, as well, using the Custom Groups features. (custom officer email address is just a custom group of one person)
