Hello,
Every time I delete an agenda I get this message:

Are you sure you want to delete this meeting agenda? This can not be undone. If you delete it, the roles will not be added to the historical reports. If you are sure, type the word DELETE below to confirm, then click the Delete button.

I've been deleting all of our past agendas but would like to have the historical data.
How can I archive past agendas?
And is there a way to do it without them being visible along with the current agendas? (So our members don't have to scroll through a long list for the current agenda.)
When I check the box for "List All Agendas" I do see a few past agendas but don't know how to manage them.

I appreciate any help you can offer.
Cathy

Do not delete them and they will archive all by themselves. When you delete them, you are getting rid of them so they can never be seen again. You can read all about that on this site on how to manage the agendas. The only way that the archive agendas show is if you put a check box in that square next to where you populate the agenda by date.

Important to understand -- The agendas ARE the past historical data.

No agendas, no historical data.

Please pay attention to the warnings that we put there for good reason.
