Issues with uploading a file to file manager 7 years 9 months ago #57322

I am having some issues with uploading a pdf file to file manager. I uploaded it and it just wouldn't stay there. In addition, it also shows the file is 0 KB. I tested it with different pdf files and the same thing happened. For your reference, please see attached. How do I fix this problem? It has been going on for 3 days.
