Yes, give that a try as a first shot.

The issue is that sometimes changes we make in the code do not get properly distributed to individual computers.

We do have measures in place to try to ensure that changes are properly distributed, but we cannot always account for every possible computer configuration or browser setting, so that is why we have the reload link at the bottom of the screen. It basically forces the code to be downloaded from the server instead of your browser cache.
