As Webmaster, I can log in without a problem, get access to most things I need, make changes, save, and log out without any problems (on either browser - Chrome or Firefox).

When I try to log in as the individual member, the system displays the normal log-in box, with the following statement added:

***We are experiencing delays. For faster login, type in your complete email address and password--do not wait for the drop-down.

I have tried both ways: entering my email address, and waiting for the drop-down box. Either way, the system does not accept my password. So I leave it blank and authenticate. When I get the email sent to my address, I click on the link, enter in a new password, finish that. A box pops up, telling me:

Thank you,

Thanks Brian for you quick response. Tried to sign in, but apparently was still using the wrong PW, so I once again authenticated and had to create a new PW. Upon arrival of the email, I clicked onto the link, and it opened a dialog box for PW. I entered a PW, clicked to "accept" the new email. Got the same response about cookies. After 20 seconds of repeating the "Serenity Prayer" I looked at the URL which showed:

www.davisontoastmasters.org/index.cgi?d=...AcLt8vmUwTx5%3E%3Cbr
www.davisontoastmasters.org/index.cgi?d=...fPjxLR7LAcLt8vmUwTx5>
So I removed the ><br from the URL, entered my PW in the box, using the numeric keypad, and got the same response. Then again entered the PW but using the numeric keys on the top lone of the keyboard. Clicked enter (along with the "modified" URL. And the system worked fine! Got thru as an individual member!

To further test, closed the website out; reopened, and signed back in as an individual member without a problem.

Thanks again for your help in getting this challenge resolved for me...

Now turn focus on the () in someone's name, which you removed. I have had other officers entering names of new members into the "Member Management" page. Can you share with me the name of the person that had the brackets included? This is a good point for continuous improvement training for these key people.

Thanks again!

Dennis
